  • The guarantee is verified on your device by a special number and the records we keep of it. It only applies to a recurrence of the problem which you sought help for.

It does not cover any future defects that might occur with the device. We also don’t cover any accidents that might happen to it. The warranty is not transferrable, so if you sell or give away your device, it is no longer covered.

  • The warranty is voided if you attempt to repair the device yourself or take it to another repair center.
  • The warranty is not accepted if you have had the device repaired somewhere else before coming to our center. It is possible that the fault has occurred as a result of work that was done before we had the device.
  • Once a repair is completed, our technicians always seal the device and the repair. If it transpires that these seals have been tampered with, or are broken, this will void your warranty.
  • Liquid damage is exempt from a guarantee as it is so hard to predict. When we have repaired a device after exposure to water, we do so in good faith, but cannot make any promises about whether the device will survive.

We do request that our clients keep a careful eye on their phone or tablet after any water immersion.

  • If the device needs more work after our technicians have initially worked on it after it has been exposed to water, then it will be charged separately from the original work.
  • If our technicians accidentally damage your device so that it cannot be repaired, our liability is only confined to replacing the item in a two day period of time. We will attempt to replace the same model wherever possible. If it is not possible, we will give an equivalent model as a replacement.
  • We do not accept liability for any loss of data that might occur as a result of us working on your device. We strongly advise customers to back up their data prior to sending the device in to us for working on.
  • Our terms do not preclude our liability for any injury or death that may occur from our negligence.
  • We are not liable for any loss of earnings or business that may arise from your device, even if we are liable to fix it under the warranty.
